People say that all good things must come to an end. The Elevate team believes that all good things must get even better.
That’s why Elevate AUBG will begin its third season with a new, better structure for the startups that join the accelerator program. This year, the AUBG community is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the university. Together with Eleven Ventures, the accelerator team decided to join the festivities by providing all AUBG students and recent alumni with the chance to apply for the accelerator under unique conditions. Each startup that joins the program will receive a $2,000 grant with no strings attached. This money will be available to each team to experiment with their ideas, validate them, make any necessary changes based on what they learn during the course of the program, and create any prototypes needed to demonstrate their progress to Demo Day’s audience.
For the first time in Elevate’s history, Demo Day has a guaranteed pool of investment for the pitching startups! On the day of the event, a jury of experts in the field of startups and entrepreneurship will decide which teams have shown the most progress with their startup ideas. Тhese teams will secure a further investment in order to continue developing their business even beyond the accelerator program.
