The Registrar’s Office is the official record-keeper at AUBG, dedicated to supporting the academic journey of students and the university's instructional activities. It provides high-quality services to students, faculty, academic departments, and the wider community.
Key functions include managing student records, course and exam scheduling, classroom assignments, registration, grade processing, issuing transcripts and certifications, tracking academic progress, and overseeing graduation and diploma issuance.

The E-Learn Office is dedicated to enhancing the teaching and learning experience by providing support and training for the effective use of educational technologies. As the team managing Canvas, AUBG’s primary Learning Management System (LMS), the office assists students and faculty with everything from course setup to troubleshooting.
The office provides the following services:
