The successful candidate will teach six courses per academic year in Management, Sustainability, and/or Entrepreneurship, engage in scholarly research, advise students, and contribute to the life of the Department, the University, and the broader community through active service and collaboration. The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field;
- The rank of associate or full professor at their current institution;
- Research publications commensurate with their rank;
- Experience teaching similar college-level courses in English;
- Teaching experience in a liberal arts environment, or a willingness to adapt to the American liberal arts style of teaching;
- A collegial and collaborative attitude.

AUBG is a private, American-style liberal arts university located in Blagoevgrad, in southwestern Bulgaria.
