Erasmus+ at AUBG

If you are studying at a European university and want to spend a semester or a year at AUBG, the Erasmus+ program is right for you.

How to apply

Step one

To visit AUBG through Erasmus+, your home university must first nominate you by submitting the Erasmus nomination form.

Step two

Fill in our application form (choose "Erasmus+ exchange" in the Application Type field) no later than June 1, 2022.

You'll need to attach the following documents:

  • Transcript of records
  • Learning agreement form
  • English Language Certificate

Step three

You'll receive an official acceptance letter confirming your Erasmus exchange at AUBG.

Please note that 1 AUBG credit is equivalent to 2 ECTS credits.

AUBG offers courses across various areas of study like business, computer science, economics, politics, journalism, mathematics, arts, languages, and more. You can find a full list and descriptions of courses, as well as academic policies and procedures, in the AUBG Academic Catalog

The course schedule for Fall '22 will be available in April and sent to you via email.

Learning agreement

Once you've selected your courses for the semester, fill in the Learning Agreement. Collect all required signatures and stamp it at your home university before submitting it.

Language Requirement

Because classes at AUBG are taught in English, all incoming Erasmus students need to submit a level B2 or higher English language certificate. Exceptions apply only to native speakers or students from universities where English is the official language.

AUBG is a residential institution and undergraduate students live on campus in the Skaptopara Residence Halls . With students coming from more than 40 countries, they are a diverse, safe and comfortable environment for AUBGers.

A place in the dorms will be automatically booked for you after you submit your application.
