The AUBG team spent a week-long visit to Albania, during which university representatives met with prospective students, partner schools, and local organizations. The initiative took place with the support of INedu Consultancy, AUBG’s key partner in the country.
The goal of the trip was to present the advantages of studying at AUBG, the academic environment, and the numerous opportunities that the university offers.

The culmination of the trip was a special event at the iconic Pyramid in Tirana, where guests had the opportunity to attend an interactive lecture by AUBG Provost and Interim President, Dr. J.D. Mininger. He developed the topic on “Humans and Machines: What AI Can’t Do”.
As a wrap up of the event, participants had the chance to talk with AUBG alumni Ani Xhafa (’24), Kejsa Haska (’23), Erisa Ngjeçi (’23), Alba Çela (’05), Laert Dogjani (’02), Edi Bardhollari (’12), Irdi Duka (’22) and Taulant Meçaj (EMBA ’24), who shared their AUBG journey, career paths, and takeaways of AUBG.
The week offered insights on the dynamic academic life in Albania and showcased opportunities that the university provides to its community.
