As if you are walking in a movie. This is how you feel when you walk in the AUBG Sports Hall on the evening of the Halloween party. With games, costume competitions, and, of course, a cause to support.
For the fourth year in a row, AUBGers brought together young people from across Bulgaria for a student Halloween party with a cause. Midterms or Monsters: Skapto Spirits traditionally marked the beginning of the fall break and showed how social causes can be intertwined with the typical student experience.

Following the success of last year, when the initiative raised over BGN 10,000 in support of the cause, the Blagoevgrad Griffins and StartUP@Blagoevgrad student clubs joined forces again to turn an otherwise ordinary student holiday into a symbol of solidarity and empathy.
The efforts doubled the results raising a bit over BGN 20,000 for CancerCare organization, which supports women fighting breast cancer and disseminates information about prevention and early diagnosis.
“We are extremely happy that this year we are able to build on the process, especially in terms of raising more funds for the initiative.”
“The event is proof that through our joint efforts we can encourage students to unite in the name of this wonderful cause,” shared Dilyan Georgiev and Ekaterina Valeva, the presidents of the two clubs.
