AUBG is a member of ISEP, the world's largest network of post-secondary institutions cooperating to provide affordable international educational experiences.

  • If you would like to participate in the ISEP, please contact your university's administration to find out the next steps you need to take and fill in our application form

    by October 31. Keep in mind:

    • Use English alphabet letters only.
    • In the “Academic Info” type the exact name of your home university, the exact application type, and upload an ID photo.
    • In the “Required documents” attach – Your transcript of records and a copy of the international passport.
    • Fill in the form, review, and submit it.
  • AUBG offers courses across various areas of study like business, computer science, economics, politics, journalism, mathematics, arts, languages, and more. You can find a full list and descriptions of courses, as well as academic policies and procedures, in the AUBG Academic Catalog

  • AUBG is a residential institution and all undergraduate students live on campus in the Skaptopara Residence Halls. With students coming from more than 40 countries, they are a diverse, safe and comfortable environment for AUBGers.

    A place in the dorms will be automatically booked for you after you submit your application.

  • You are expected to arrive on the 16th or 17th of January, as each student should be present at AUBG for the beginning of the on-campus orientation that starts on January 18, 2023.

Erasmus+

Erasmus+

If you are studying at a European universities and want to spend a semester or a year at AUBG, the ERASMUS+ program is right for yoU!

    • To visit AUBG through Erasmus+, your home university must first nominate you by submitting the Erasmus+ Nomination Form.
    • Complete AUBG's application form before November 25, 2022 . (Select "Erasmus+ Exchange in the form's application type field
    • Upload your transcripts, Learning Agreement, ID photo and proof of English proficiency to AUBG's Application Form
  • One AUBG credit is equivalent to 2 ECTS credits.

    • Courses: AUBG offers courses across various areas of study like business, computer science, economics, politics, journalism, mathematics, arts, languages, and more. You can find a full list and descriptions of courses, as well as academic policies and procedures in the Academic Catalog.
    • Learning Agreement: Once you've selected your courses for the semester, fill in the Learning Agreement. Collect all required signatures and stamp it at your home university before submitting it.
    • Language Requirement: Because classes at AUBG are taught in English, all incoming Erasmus students need to submit a level B2 or higher English language certificate. Exceptions apply only to native speakers or students from universities where English is the official language.
  • Currently AUBG can not provide accommodation for the incoming Erasmus students in our Residence Halls. Please contact [email protected] for further information about other housing options

  • Additional costs: Textbooks cost about $200 per semester. Books can be purchased and some can be leased at AUBG's campus bookstore.

    • Student activity fee $315

  • While EU and EEA citizens don't need a visa to enter Bulgaria, Erasmus exchange students need a Certificate for Long Term Residence. Find more information here.

  • Your home university must first nominate you by submitting the Nomination Form. Next, you must complete AUBG's application form before October 31, 2022.

    • In the “Required documents” attach: Transcript of records Learning agreement form English Language Certificate (If your home Institution language of instruction is not English) and ID photo
    • Copy of the international passport.
  • AUBG offers courses across various areas of study like business, computer science, economics, politics, journalism, mathematics, arts, languages, and more. You can find a full list and descriptions of courses, as well as academic policies and procedures, in the AUBG Academic Catalog

  • The following fees apply for OSUN exchange students for the Spring '23 semester:

AUBG Erasmus Staff Week

AUBG places great emphasis on cross-cultural perspectives and internationalization, a commitment seen in our highly diverse student body, international faculty and staff, and international and intercultural academic and co-curricular programs. We believe that successful cooperation is based on personal encounters and meaningful exchange of ideas and experiences.
