Course Overview
Management and leadership – at all levels and in any organization regardless of size or sector – requires an understanding of acquiring power and engaging in strategic political behavior. This intensive elective explores how effective leaders understand, navigate, and leverage power dynamics to drive organizational goals while maintaining ethical standards. This course combines contemporary frameworks, case analysis, and peer learning to help you assess your political acumen, develop strategies for building influence, and create actionable plans for navigating complex stakeholder environments – regardless of your current position.
