Your company at the AUBG Job and Internship Fair

Meet our talented students and build your team at the annual AUBG Job and Internship Fair by choosing the partnership option that best fits your recruitment goals.

  • Registration Fee:

    €600 – Early Bird Registration
    €750 – Regular Registration

    As a gold partner your company will receive:

    • Individual support and guidance prior to and during the event
    • A dedicated booth at the ABF Student Center
    • The 2026 AUBG Resume book
    • Extra space, if needed, when bringing your own booth (up to 4x3 meters). Subject to availability
    • Up to 4 employer representatives
    • Logo on the Job Fair website
    • A company highlight on the Job Fair website
    • Branded feature in a dedicated newsletter sent to all students
    • Branded social media post on AUBG Career Center social media
    • Branded social media post on AUBG social media
    • A food voucher up to 15 € per representative for the AUBG Griffin Restaurant

  • Registration Fee:

    €400 – Early Bird Registration
    €550 – Regular Registration

    As a silver partner your company will receive:

    • Individual support and guidance prior to and during the event
    • A dedicated booth at the ABF Student Center
    • Up to 3 employer representatives
    • The 2026 AUBG Resume book
    • Logo on the Job Fair website
    • Branded feature in a dedicated newsletter sent to all students
    • Branded social media post on AUBG Career Center social media
    • A food voucher up to 15 € per representative for the AUBG Griffin Restaurant

  • Registration fee:

    350 €

    With a standard registration your company will receive:

    • Individual support and guidance prior to and during the event
    • A dedicated booth at the ABF Student Center
    • Up to 2 employer representatives
    • The 2026 AUBG Resume book
    • A food voucher up to 15 € per representative for the AUBG Griffin Restaurant

  • Access to the AUBG Resume Book 2026 is available at the price of €250 exclusively to companies owned, co-owned, or managed by AUBG alumni that do not maintain a physical branch or active operations in Bulgaria, making them unable to attend the the AUBG Job and Internship Fair in person. This option is designed to support our global alumni community and is subject to official verification by the AUBG Alumni Office. Please note that all applications for this package must be submitted at [email protected] and are subject to mandatory verification by the AUBG Alumni Office to ensure eligibility and prevent unauthorized access.

Students at the Job and Internship Fair

  • Every year dozens of local and international companies offer full-time, summer and internship opportunities to AUBG students.

  • Students don't have to register for the Job and Internship Fair. All you need is determination, confidence and a copy of your resume.

  • Don't forget to submit your CV for the annual Resume Book distributed to all participating companies. Keep it short and relevant. Bring a few hard copies with you just in case.
