Dr. Sandra Romenska is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Leadership development at the University of St Andrews School of Management in Scotland, UK. Dr. Romenska has experience in delivering leadership development programs to a wide range of national and international public and private organizations. She has been an invited speaker at the Project Management Institute Global Congress, the World Universities Forum at Davos, UNESCO, Fulbright and the British Council. She has won a number of awards, including competition for strategic vision papers by the European Commission’s Institute for Prospective Technological Studies, Best Reviewer Award for the journal Management Teaching Review, and for excellence in teaching at the University of Worcester and the University of St Andrews. Dr. Romenska has managerial experience in the non-government, public and charity sectors after working with Save the Children-UK and at various leadership posts in higher education institutions. She has a DPhil from the University of Oxford, MA from the University of Warwick, a PGCert in Learning and Teaching from the University of Worcester and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK.
