McMurray is the Managing Director of the Ingram Micro Global Business Services based in Sofia. In his role Tony is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the +1,300 employees, driving strategic business partnerships with key internal stakeholders and creating a strong brand to attract and retain great talent.

Tony is a qualified CIMA Accountant and Fellow of the CIMA Institute. In his +25 years at Ingram Micro, Tony has taken on positions of increasing responsibility including working across Europe as the Regional Financial controller, heading up Six Sigma Projects as a certified black belt and in his most recent role as the Finance Director of Ingram Micro UK overseeing all aspects of finance for the $1.5 Billion operation.

Tony has been an active promoter of talent and community relations, participated in mentoring programs for women in business. Since moving to Bulgaria in 2018, Tony has become a board member of Amcham, the Chair of the Dule of Edinburgh International Award Bulgaria, and is currently undertaking the challenge to climb the 56 Mountain Peaks of Bulgaria greater than 2,500m in support the charity ‘For our Children Foundation’.
