We are starting the Spring semester with Elevate Season 4 Founder talks! This Tuesday the AUBG community is invited to explore the extent to which a fully dedicated start-up with a great idea and a team can scale to a unicorn company. The Elevate team is thrilled to invite all students, professors, and faculty to join the entrepreneurial discussion with the Co-Founder and CEO of Payhawk – Hristo Borisov. Hristo Borisov graduated from AUBG in 2010, and spent more than 11 years in Telerik, where he led the product development team of 180+ engineers that created some of the company's award-winning products. In 2018, he co-founded Payhawk and embarked on an exciting entrepreneurial journey. Payhawk is a next-generation financial system that combines credit cards, payments, expenses, cash management, and pre-accounting into one integrated experience. With a solid product and market fit, the company is now one of the fastest-growing European #fintechs and the first Bulgarian Unicorn to reach a market valuation of 1 billion dollars at the beginning of March 2022!
