Dr. Margee Ensign, AUBG President, and H.E. Mr. Georgi Panayotov, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the United States, invite you to an AUBG Evening in Washington, D.C. Joining her will be Dr. Jacob, the newly appointed Executive Director of the Center for Information, Democracy, and Citizenship at AUBG. Dr. Jacob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous role at the Organization of Southern Cooperation, where he served as the Under-Secretary-General for Research, Evaluation, and Foresight.
