Topics in Management: Project Management

This course introduces concepts from Project Management, managerial skills, and technical skills needed to successfully lead projects and deliver them within budget and schedule. Topics such as initiating, planning, budgeting, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring will be discussed. Further, students will need to be able to apply these skills through hands on practical exercises and completing of the class project.
