Organizational Theory and Behavior

This course introduces students to the theories and concepts of organizational behavior. Topics may include the development of skills in management, problem-solving, decision-making, learning, group interaction, leadership, and communication. Students will have the opportunity to apply acquired knowledge in analyzing cases and organizational situations.
