Introduction to World Religions

This course is an introduction to the theory and practice of human religion with particular emphasis on the origins, history, and teachings of the three Biblical religions. These religions are of crucial importance for the shaping of the modern civilization, and understanding their similarities and differences improves every individual’s openness toward other nations, cultures, and opinions.
