Corporate Finance II

BUS 4030

This course is intended to give the student an operational knowledge of corporate finance by combining theory and application. It introduces the advanced concepts of risk, return, and cost of capital as applied to the valuation of capital budgeting decisions, and surveys the principles and practices underlying corporate financial management. This course also develops an understanding of the corporate financial decision-making process. Students develop knowledge in corporate governance issues such as corporate control, bankruptcy, liquidation, and reorganization
