This course prepares students to lead change initiatives within a startup. This course aims to develop an understanding of the complexity and dynamics of change by identifying the different variables (technology, social structure, etc.) and their interrelationships that create or impede change and by discussing different strategies for implementing and leading change. Particular attention is given to employee reactions.
