Artificial Intelligence and AI Programming

This course introduces the essential principles of artificial intelligence. The material includes knowledge representation, methods of reasoning, machine learning, neural networks, and genetic programming. The corresponding computational algorithms for simulating intelligent behavior are given in a semiformal notation. The ideas for building practical systems are provided in the supporting programming language LISP through interactive experiments.
