Re:benefit joins forces with the AUBG to offer an exciting challenge for students

On February 21, Re:benefit, co-founded by the AUBG alumnus Georgi Georgiev (’00), visited the AUBG campus to offer an exciting joint project for students as part of the Strategic Management course, taught by Business professor Elena Radeva. The course project provides a unique opportunity for students to study several markets and work on a business strategy for expansion abroad. Students are working in groups in order to evaluate the general and competitive environment for Re:benefit, and to provide recommendations for expansion into the European market and Israel. Teams will be conducting their own research about the company and evaluating its possible entry into a specific local market. Students will practice how to present their findings effectively in a report and a presentation to clients, while also exercising their teamwork skills. Re:benefit will be back on campus on May 2 and May 5, 2023 to hear the final presentations when all students will receive certificates from Re:benefit for their participation and the best performing team will be additionally recognized by the company.

The current project between Re:benefit and the AUBG offers an exciting opportunity for students to gain practical experience in developing business strategies. In addition, Re:benefit’s innovative business model introduces useful knowledge and business insights for students to learn from. The initiative is an example of how academic institutions, and the business sector can work together to offer practical experience for students.
