Scholarships for Current Students

  • Two 2,000 EUR scholarships will be awarded and applied to the recipients’ University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (1,000 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to all full-time and continuing AUBG students with demonstrated high academic achievements (CGPA above 3.00). Preference will be given to AUBG students showing outstanding interest and ability in the field of accounting. Applicants must have completed two or more courses in accounting.

  • TWO 2,300 EUR scholarships will be awarded and applied to the recipients’ University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (1,150 EUR per semester, per student), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy. The scholarship is open to all full-time Bulgarian AUBG students who have the highest CGPA in his/her major in Computer Science, Informatics or Mathematics.

  • One 1,500 EUR scholarship will be awarded and applied to the recipient’s University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (750 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to all full-time AUBG students, for their junior or senior year, with a CGPA of 3.3 or above, who have performed significant community service for their home countries, for Bulgarian and/or Blagoevgrad communities, for AUBG community, etc. while enrolled at AUBG.

  • Five 2,300 EUR scholarships will be awarded and applied to the recipients’ University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (1,150 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to all full-time AUBG students with a CGPA of 3.50 or above and demonstrated extracurricular sports activities. Preference will be given to the applicants majoring in Business Administration or Economics.

  • Three 3,800 scholarships will be awarded and applied to the recipients’ University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (1,900 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to all full-time and continuing AUBG students with a CGPA of 3.00 or above. Applicants are required to submit an essay on the following topic: “What has been your personal contribution so far towards protecting the environment and mitigating climate change? What do you plan to undertake in the next year to enhance your efforts?”. Preference will be given to AUBG students showing outstanding interest in environmental studies and sustainable development, demonstrated through enrolment in relevant courses, extracurricular activities, or any other relevant projects, as indicated in candidates’ applications and CVs.

  • One 1,400 EUR scholarship will be awarded and applied to the recipient’s University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters, in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The Scholarship is open to all full-time AUBG students, with a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or above. Preference will be given to the students with the greatest financial need.

    When describing your financial status, please provide your family’s net income for the last twelve months. All awarded recipients will be required to present a proof of their written statements within a week after the announcement of the winners. The University preserves the right to void its decision to award a scholarship to any applicant who is not able to prove the information submitted in his or her scholarship application.

  • Two 2,400 EUR scholarships will be awarded and applied to the recipients’ University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (1,200 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is is open to all full-time AUBG students for their sophomore, junior or senior year of study during Spring 2024 semester with a CGPA of 3.25 or above and an expressed desire to return to their country of origin upon completion of their post-graduate education. Preference will be given to the students with the greatest financial need.

  • Two 2,300 EUR scholarships will be awarded and applied to the recipients’ University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (1,150 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to all full-time and continuing AUBG students (in their sophomore, junior or senior year) with high academic achievements (CGPA above 3.0). Applicants must have completed and/or be enrolled in at least two HR-related courses at the time of application (e.g. Human Resources Management, HRM Issues I: Staffing and Compensation, Strategic Management, Organizational Theory and Behavior, HRM Issues II: Performance Management, etc.).

  • One 1,900 EUR scholarship will be awarded and applied to the recipient’s University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (950 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to all full-time AUBG students (except any student who is a graduating senior or is in his or her eighth semester of study at the time of application), in good academic standing (i. e. not in academic probation), who demonstrate a track record of meaningful contributions towards the advancement and quality of University student community life (e.g. extracurricular activities, student clubs, interest groups, etc.).

  • One 1,500 EUR scholarship will be awarded and applied to the recipient’s University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (750 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to all full-time current AUBG students in the field of Journalism and Mass Communication with a CGPA of 3.7 or above and any related awards for academic achievement, participation in social activities (University clubs, publications, community programs), and demonstration of self-support financially (summer jobs, part-time employment, etc.).

  • Up to fourteen 1,000 EUR scholarships will be awarded and applied to the recipients’ University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (500 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The scholarship is open to full-time students of all majors with CGPA of 3.5 or above from Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia (Albanian descent). Recipients must have completed at least two semesters at AUBG and maintain a full-time status during the complete duration of the scholarship term.

  • One 2,500 EUR scholarship will be awarded and applied to the recipient’s University-related expenses for Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters (1,250 EUR per semester), in accordance with the AUBG Named Scholarships Policy.

    The Scholarship is open to all full-time AUBG students from Belarus or Ukraine. Preference will be given to students in financial need.
