Todor Kehayov (EMBA ’17) was promoted to Director of Operations at AUBG in January 2022. He is responsible for the Facility, Bookstore, Dining, Security and Transportation. Briefly explained those are over 50 000 sq.m. of buildings, serviced with about 120 staff members. Todor Kehayov has solid managerial experience in dynamic international environment. His past responsibilities as a Director of Student Life and Housing at AUBG include a lot of conflict management, problem solving, customer service, creating policies and regulations on campus and budget management activities. For over 15 years he has been in charge of selecting; training and managing a team of professionals who helped him provide variety of services to permanent residents and short-term residents. Before that, Todor Kehayov has another six years of student services experience.
Prior to his work at the American University in Bulgaria, he has worked in the hospitality industry in the UK, gaining customer service and international experience. The values that are important to him and he tries to inspire in his team are: integrity, responsibility, loyalty and customer service.
