Mrs. Mileva has previous CFO and Internal Auditor experience with the Pension and Life insurance companies of NN Group N.V. in Bulgaria, where she gained financial industry and asset management experience. She participated in the establishment of the Life Company as Greenfield operations in Bulgaria, responsible for building the finance function within the two companies.
Early in her career, she served as a financial professional for AmCham Bulgaria as well as for commercial and manufacturing companies. She is a finance professional with 18+ years of business and leadership experience, including expertise in strategic planning and budgeting process, risk management and controls implementation. She has let various change programs, including reporting framework changes and ERP implementation. Building cross-country teams and people management experience.
Mrs. Mileva holds a B.A. and M.A. in Audit and Accounting from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She is an ACCA-certified Chartered Accountant and holds a variety of other trainings and professional certifications.
Mrs. Mileva has been awarded CFO of the Year 2014 by EY and Forbes Magazine.
