Svetoslav Georgiev (EMBA ’05) is a Senior Vice President of International Operations at HCLTech, a multi-channel customer engagement services provider, specializing in global, high-touch consumer, patient, and end-user management. Mr. Georgiev is responsible for managing all aspects related to the service delivery from the operations centers in Bulgaria, USA, Europe, India, China, and Japan. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the field of Business Process Outsourcing. He has also held positions of increasing responsibility with Mtel, the largest telecommunication company in Bulgaria.
Mr. Georgiev earned an MBA from the American University in Bulgaria and a B.A. in International Business from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria.
