Kim Sawyer was the founder and CEO of The Locator Services Group Ltd (TLSG), a fintech company. Under Kim’s leadership, TLSG grew at an annual rate of 18% for five consecutive years to $40 million in revenues and an EBITDA of 60% when it was sold to PricewaterhouseCoopers. In Portugal, Kim founded and served as Executive Director of Connect to Success (C2S), a not-for-profit, providing Portuguese women entrepreneurs with the tools to succeed through mentorships, networking, and training programs. After 3 ½ years C2S had serviced more than 1,000 women. C2S was recognized by the European Diversity Awards as the Supplier Diversity Inclusion Program of the Year. Kim was a non-executive board member of a recapitalized nationally chartered community bank. She served as the Chairperson of the Marketing and Branding Committee and was a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and Compliance, Audit and Risk Management Committee. Kim is also committed to community service and sits on the board a national not-for-profit, Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, where she serves on the Finance and Investment Committees and the Compensation Committee. Kim holds the title of Special Advisor, International Corporate Strategic Engagement and adjunct faculty at Babson College and is the Principal Strategist at Luminary Strategies.
