AUBG Spring 2022 Student, Faculty and Staff Events Policies and Guidelines
1. Student, Faculty and Staff On-ground Meetings, Events, Rehearsals and Trainings in MB, BAC, and ABF
Students, faculty and staff can hold on-ground/hybrid meetings, rehearsals, and trainings. They need to book locations and provide logistical details via the Event Request Form (to be updated).
For larger student events and esp. events with external guests, please contact the Dean of Students Office and ask for guidance min. 1 week in advance.
2. Rehearsals, Trainings and Meetings in the Residence Halls
Rehearsals, trainings, meetings, and celebrations may take place in the residence halls. Off-campus students may enter the residence halls with their AUBG ID card to attend these.
