Campus Policies for Spring '22

Last update: April 7, 2022

1. Vaccination

AUBG strongly recommends all AUBG students, faculty and staff to be vaccinated against the SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) virus unless they have specific medical contraindications which must be confirmed by the Health Center. A booster dose can be received 3 months after the completed vaccination. Students, faculty and staff who have been vaccinated abroad should inquire in the Health Center whether they are eligible to receive a booster dose there.

2. MB, BAC, ABF and Residence Halls Access

All AUBG students can enter the AUBG buildings with their AUBG ID cards.

External visitors of AUBG administrative offices in MB, BAC and ABF are the responsibility of the respective office manager.

External visitors of AUBG student club events must be approved by the Dean of Students.

Unauthorized use of someone else’s AUBG access card to enter campus will be brought to the Student Conduct Council and and may result in severe penalties, incl. immediate ban from campus, expulsion from AUBG.
