Staff Mobility for Training
Staff Mobility for Training (AY 2018/2019)
Erasmus+ offers professional development opportunities for academic and professional staff to improve the skills required for their current job by participating in a training in one of AUBG’s Erasmus partner Universities in Europe (excluding conferences).
Training may take the form of:
- Attendance at a staff training week.
Training program could include:
- The transfer of knowledge and good practices.
- Learning from shared experience.
- The acquiring of new practical skills.
Depending on your area of work, some universities offer International Staff Training Week which offers an opportunity to follow a fixed training programme and benefit from opportunities to meet with colleagues from many other universities in related fields at the same time. If you are invited to take part in a staff training week, which is directly connected with your daily duties it could be at a University which is not Erasmus partner of AUBG.
