Staff Mobility for Teaching

Staff Mobility for Teaching Academic Year 2018/2019

The ERASMUS + programme gives AUBG
faculty members the opportunity to spend a short period of time teaching in one of our partner Universities.

The goal of this program is to promote faculty mobility, giving professors the opportunity to make developments in their career. Further goals are to strengthen the European dimension of university education and the host university; to promote the cooperation and the exchange of expert knowledge and experience in terms of teaching methods; to encourage universities to enhance the quality and quantity of course offerings; to give students who do not have a chance to go abroad the opportunity to profit from their professors’ experiences; and to consolidate cooperation between ERASMUS partners.

The teaching mobility shall include minimum 8 lecturing hours.

Duration of teaching

  • Minimum duration of mobility: 2 days (excluding travel time)
  • Maximum duration of mobility: 5 days (excluding travel time)

Travel days are not included in the calculation of the minimum duration. Subsistence allowances are only for the teaching days (excluding travel time)

Maximum amounts vary according to the length and destination of the visit for the country and duration of your planned visit.
