Room Selection

First-year & incoming exchange students

New students may send Room Assignment Preferences for this fall by July 16. Please send us your preferences about the residence hall, room type or roommate. Requests by friends to live in a room together may be granted in advance if all students send an e-mail requesting each other as roommates.

You can view information about Skaptopara residence halls here. A sample contract is also available on the web page.

You can fill in the Roommate Compatibility Questionnaire to ease the process of combining students with similar preferences.

Students who do not contact us with housing preferences by July 16 will be assigned places randomly upon vacancy. You may contact us to check your room assignment after August 3.

Information about arrival schedule and check-in procedures will be sent to your AUBG e-mail. Upon arrival and before check-in at the residence halls, all students must be registered at the AUBG Health Center.

Please direct all your questions/requests to kstamatova@aubg.edu.

Returning Students

Prior to every semester, returning students go through the room selection
process. The process is conducted online. Choosing to stay in your same room, choosing to move somewhere else in your hall or choosing to move to a new hall: roommate choice and class seniority are used in the selection process.
