Dear Skaptopara residents,
As you know, AUBG will start the Spring semester online on January 18, 2021 and – if the situation allows it - switch to hybrid on February 8, 2021.
Thus, we have implemented some changes in the check-in procedure for the spring semester in order to improve the process and eliminate queues.
We ask you to book your check-in time by January 15, following the instructions below:
- Login to Canvas here;
- Select the date of your check-in time and you will see the available slots for the day;
- Click on the Find Appointment button and then click on the Submit Button;
- Select the time and click on the Reserve link in the context window.
If you have significant hardship to continue your studies online at home, and need to check in earlier that Feb. 1, please get in touch with us to arrange earlier check in.
The first stop when you arrive on campus is the Health center. It is recommended that you have a recent (72 hrs.) COVID 19 tests.
After clearance from the Health center, you may go to the reception desk in your residence hall.
