Refund Policies for Fall 2021

Students declare their status and receive approval by submitting the declaration form no later than August 9, 2021, 8 a.m. (EEST).

Depending on the declared status, students must pay their tuition in full and the other required fees for the fall 2021 semester. Other required fees include housing fee, the student activity fee (SAF), the meal plan deposit, the health insurance for international students and any outstanding balances from the prior semester(s).

The due date for fees to be in AUBG bank accounts is August 17, 2021. To make sure you meet this deadline, the payment must be initiated at least two working days prior to that date.

Students who attend classes online and live off-campus

Students permitted to attend classes online must pay in full:

  • Tuition
  • Student activity fee

  • 65% refund of the semester’s housing fee is provided if the student arrives after the 10th week of the semester;
  • 100% refund of the semester’s housing fee is provided if the student is unable to return to campus.
