Reference services at Panitza Library are aimed at helping users locate and use relevant information for their research and learning. Reference activities include: ready references, directions, library catalog (OPAC), database references, Internet references and information literacy instructions, help with senior thesis, access to online resources, and others.
Inquiries are received and responses made in-person in the library, electronically by mail, electronic form, phone (888 354, 888341), or through the chat.
To chat with a librarian, using IM widget, just type your question. Our virtual reference services is designed to handle short, factual questions and answers only, so if you have a more detailed query, you needs to contact the Reference Department.
Reference assistance hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00.
Basic reference support is available during all open library hours.
