Following the new order of the Bulgarian Ministry of Health, Panitza Library will be closed for physical visits for the period March 22-31, 2021.
Students may request print books/other resources for a pick-up (Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00). You may leave your books for return in a designated box outside the Library.
Online services are available as per usual. We encourage you to contact us anytime you have a specific or general inquiry via our chat service (Monday-Thursday – 8:00-20:00, Friday – 8:00-17:00, and Sunday – 12:00-20:00), via email – firstname.lastname@example.org, or submit a form.
Although, most of the services we offer to patrons have moved primarily online, the regular in-house library operations will continue in order to support the essential educational needs of AUBG community.
Circulation – we have extended all loans until September 7th. Exceptions:senior students (graduating in May), exchange students, and students applying for Leave of absence must return their books at the end of the Spring semester in order to get clearance from us. Faculty and staff loans can be prolonged as they become due. Loans can be returned by sending them to the Library by registered mail or bringing them in person and leaving them in the box in the Library foyer.
Remote access to e-resources - you can find full information for it here. For urgent need of articles and book chapters from Panitza Library databases, please use the library chat/email.
Reserves – should you need anything from the Reserves section, please let us know in advance, so that we can scan and send you the requested chapter/article.
Interlibrary loans - currently, we are not able to receive/loan physical resources due to the library safety measures. Document delivery service of e-resources is still available and you can submit your requests to Adelina Barzachka
