Important information about Summer Camp 2021

Our main priority is to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all participants, and a pleasant, risk-free experience for all our campers.  To ensure this we have implemented strict health measures:

  • Participation in the Summer Camp 2021 will happen with a negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test or SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Test made no earlier than 72 hours prior to the student’s arrival at the camp site;
  • As an exception, AUBG Health Center will be able to provide the SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Test at arrival to a limited number of participants at an additional cost of approx. 6 – 7 EURO. (Students will receive a receipt for the test, which must be paid in cash, or via credit card at ABF Café);
  • In order to ensure social distancing, spaces for the four short–term classes in the camp are limited to 15. In case of excessive number of students for a particular class, students will be randomly assigned to alternative classes upon availability;
  • Early or late accommodation for the Summer Camp 2021 is NOT allowed. Exceptions will be made ONLY in case of international travel restrictions and flight limitations when arrival or departure on the dates of camp is impossible and will result in an additional fee of 14 EURO. The fee must be wired via bank transfer to AUBG together with the camp fee.
  • AUBG is following the WHO recommendations on the COVID – 19 pandemic situation. Additional information and further details are available here.
