As a modern knowledge institution, the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) is taking an active role in curating and offering contemporary learning experiences for professionals and companies interested in continuous enhancement of their knowledge, capacities and skills. Starting this January the American University in Bulgaria is beginning to grow a portfolio of events and programs that introduce contemporary topics and current themes presented by speakers and educators from the region or abroad. These learning experiences are in domains such as business and personal growth, which are very current and which have been identified as most needed by active professionals and business leaders. Business knowledge and the shaping of personal strengths and skills are areas in which the American University in Bulgaria has long traditions. Until recently these areas were reflected only in its academic programs but now with the expansion into lifelong learning, the university is offering more opportunities for continuous advancement to its former students and active professionals in the region.
From Leadership Lecture Series to high level Master Classes, here you can follow our upcoming electives and take inspiration from our past ones. For the first time AUBG is offering the opportunity for taking a single course within the Executive MBA program so if you are interested in learning in a systematic way a topic such as Managerial Economics, Marketing, Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Accounting or Leadership, you can enroll as a non-diploma students. In addition, the university is launching a series of open enrollment short courses that cover current and dynamic topics such as behavioral economics, digital communications, innovation or important personal skill areas such as confidence and speaking, negotiations, people management and others.
If you are not ready to take a course, then consider joining one of our leadership events that is open to alumni and other professionals. Our Leadership seminars introduce interesting stories presented by interesting people ready to share rich experiences and lessons learned.
The topics discussed during our Executive learning events are globally relevant and relate to the latest innovations and trends in both business and education. They are designed for all who are looking for self-growth and professional improvement, or simply for those who have nostalgia for academia and would like to go back to school.
