Each cohort of students is specially chosen, as a team, based upon experience and skills. EMBA students are valued for what they can bring to the group, as they learn both in and out of the classrooms. Described by their faculty as having “confidence,” “high aspirations,” and “curiosity,” the students represent a variety of industries and functional areas. This diversity ensures an exposure to the overall business environment. Students share their practical experience and the challenges they face as they strive to improve their management skills and tools.
Learning together creates a strong network of business contacts that remains well after graduation. Program graduates hold managerial positions in regional and global businesses as well as working in government and NGOs. Whether in private consulting, engineering, banking and financial services, and advertising firms; high technology companies; retail organizations; pharmaceutical companies; or manufacturing and distribution companies, they use the new tools and perspectives of the EMBA program every day.
