CALL FOR PAPERS: BEST PAPER PRIZE AT THE 15th AUBG STUDENT FACULTY RESEARCH CONFERENCE “FELLOWSHIP OF THE MIND” 2021
This year, for the second time, the most outstanding paper submitted to and presented at the AUBG Student Faculty Research Conference “Fellowship of the Mind” will be awarded the Best Paper Prize. The author of the winning paper will receive an Amazon gift voucher for 100 USD.
An interdisciplinary jury consisting of AUBG faculty members will assess papers submitted for the Best Paper Prize competition on the basis of their originality; quality of argument; and structure and writing style.
To be considered for the Prize, papers should be submitted by 18 April 2021, 23:59 to [email protected].
Maximum length: 8,000 words (incl. references).
Papers need to be completed in order to be considered for the Prize.
Only the papers accepted for and presented at the Conference (in a shorter version) will be considered for the Prize. It is, therefore, necessary that students applying for the Prize additionally submit their paper proposals for the Conference by the relevant deadline.
The Prize will be awarded at the closing reception of the Conference. The authors of papers participating in the competition are therefore requested to be present at the closing event.
By submitting the paper to the Best Prize Award, the authors give their consent to publish their work in the AUBG Online Journal “Fellowship of the Mind”. Other outstanding papers submitted for the competition, even if not awarded the Prize, will also be published in the Journal.
All submissions should follow the Conference’s (and the Journal’s) formatting guidelines.
For any questions, please contact Prof. Magdalena Bernaciak, the President of the Best Paper Prize Jury, at [email protected].
