When should I apply?
AUBG has a rolling admission throughout the year, which means that we receive applications at any time and process them for the next available semester. Admission is possible for Fall and Spring semesters.
We recommended that completed applications be received by the Admissions Office by the following dates:
March 1 - Early admission, better scholarships and financial aid
June 1 - Regular admission and financial aid
October 1 - for regular admission and financial aid for non-EU students
November 1 - for regular admission and financial aid for EU students
If you are applying for need-based financial aid, the documents supporting your Application for Financial Assistance should be as recent as possible at the recommended deadline.

The American University in Bulgaria follows a rolling admission notification plan, and the Admissions Committee notifies students in a timely fashion. Since the Admissions Committee’s decision is considered confidential, an official letter is sent to the student at the mailing address stated in the application form.
