Course Overview
The Process of Creativity is a practical introduction to the psychological study of creativity, focusing on research-based processes of creativity and thinking tools for solving creative problems. We will lightly focus on theories of creativity; characteristics of creative people; blocks to creativity; the motivation to create.
The bulk of the course will be to understand your own creative process and to learn the 8-step process of creativity.

- Understanding the need for creativity
- Understanding the creative process
- Experiencing the creative process directly to generate creative ideas
- Learn the value of improvisation and play in the creative process
- Learn some ways to implement the creative process in their work environments
