Course Overview
In this executive MBA course in Digital Marketing Management students will gain a hands-on experience of the relevant principles, models, tools, and tactics. Professor Malchev will focus on students acquiring the needed skills in assessing and applying the various successful models of digital behavior of both individuals and organizations, the generations specifics and the behavioral heuristics on digital markets, the specifics of the different stages in customer engagement, the building of a user journey through micro-moments, the adequate use of algorithms for flexible and data driven marketing
