Nikolina Radeva has been in education for more than 20 years now. Currently, she is the head of the English Language Institute (ELI) at the American University in Bulgaria. She assumed her current position in July 2021. Nikolina is a motivated and inspiring leader who has been working hard to expand ELI’s efficiency and its impact. Her duties range from hiring staff, training, and recruiting students to managing more than 500 students and at least 20 instructors per semester. Prior to this position, Nikolina had been a full-time member of the ELI team of instructors. During her career, Nikolina has been the project lead of big projects, has worked as an academic manager and an instructor. Her career path has taken Nikolina from Sofia, through Germany, to the US and back to Blagoevgrad.
Nikolina holds an INTERAULA Interuniversity MA degree in Educational Management from the SWU and the Netherlands School of Educational Management. She has received a Manager in Education professional qualification.
