First Cohort of AUBG and SDA Bocconi's EMFBRE Program Receives International Diplomas

​The inaugural cohort of the Executive Master in Finance, Banking & Real Estate (EMFBRE), a joint venture of SDA Bocconi and AUBG, received their diplomas Dec. 2 at Elieff Center in Sofia. The 20 top professionals from Bulgaria and the region were greeted by Italian Ambassador to Bulgaria Stefano Baldi, AUBG special envoy and former president of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev (2012-2017), president of AUBG Steven Sullivan, and program director Leonardo Etro.

AUBG Employee Spotlight: Magdalena Bernaciak, Assistant Professor in Politics and European Studies

1. What is your role at AUBG? I joined AUBG in September as Assistant Professor at the Department of Politics and European Studies. 2. Tell us a little about your background? I grew up in Gniezno, a city in western Poland that is roughly the size of Blagoevgrad. My region, Wielkopolska, is rather flat but we have lots of natural lakes. I obtained my first MA degree in European Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
