FREE Institutional SAT Now Available

Take a free Institutional SAT

Applying to AUBG has never been easier. The University is now offering a free Institutional SAT to help make the application process more convenient to students. Six test dates are available in Bulgaria in addition to the six regular dates available worldwide.

The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) is the most widely used admissions test among U.S. colleges and universities and is administered by the College Board. The SAT tests students' knowledge of reading, writing, and mathematics. It also assesses the critical thinking skills students need for academic success in college. After taking the test, students can send their test scores to as many institutions as they choose. Test dates are available six times a year internationally.

The institutional version of the SAT follows the standard format of the test, but has a number of additional benefits. With an institutional SAT students can take the test at a more convenient date for them. The AUBG-administered institutional test is also free of charge. As your Institutional SAT results are only valid for the institution that provides the test, the real time for getting the scores is shorter. Students will also be able to test their English language and math skills to see how they compare to other college-bound seniors.

In addition to saving students the exam fee and providing more tests, taking an institutional SAT is a great opportunity to visit the American University in Bulgaria and feel the welcoming atmosphere of our beautiful campus, if you are testing in Bulgaria. AUBG has a vibrant student life with interesting activities every day. You can meet professors and students, and get to know the coolest town in Southwest Bulgaria – Blagoevgrad.

Two international test dates are also available in Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan on February 27 and April 17, 2010.
